Given budgetary constraints, the Oakland Teaching Fellows program is no longer providing recruitment services to the district. Since 2004, we have recruited, selected, and trained over 340 Fellows, many of whom continue to serve Oakland schools. As of 9/30, we will no longer accept applications, interview, or train new teachers for the upcoming 2012-2013 school year. We appreciate your support of OTF and hope you will continue to support the work to close the achievement gap in Oakland and around the US.
